DayInk — Privacy Policy

DayInk ("the app") is a personal and team task planner. This policy describes what data the app handles and how.

Data we collect

• Account data: your e-mail address, and your name if you provide it (or if it comes from Sign in with Apple / Google). Used solely to create and operate your account.
• Your content: tasks, projects, and team tasks you create. Stored so the app can sync your data across your devices and, for team tasks, share them with members of your team.

Where data is stored

Account data and tasks are stored in a Supabase database. Access is protected by row-level security: only you can read your personal data, and only members of your team can read shared team data.

What stays on your device

• Daily notes (markdown files) are stored locally on your device.
• Calendar events and Reminders are read through Apple frameworks with your permission and never leave your device.
• Notifications are local; we do not send push notifications from servers.

What we do NOT do

• No advertising, no trackers, no analytics SDKs.
• We never sell or share your data with third parties.
• No data is used for tracking across apps or websites.

Data deletion

You can delete your tasks and projects at any time in the app. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us at the address below.
